The Princessa is a truly eye opening book in regards to how our modern world sees women and how our roles have shifted. This book was very refreshing to read because its idea behind women and business was not to become more masculine with our actions, but use the gifts that women naturally have inside us and tailor them to this different industry that we are becoming a part of. I have re-read this book so many times, there are barely any lines that have not been marked or hightlighted. Even if you are male, this is a great read to utilize more cooperative ways of being in the workforce, instead of competitive.
