How this came about...

My life has been filled with a wide array of interests and passions. I am a serious sports enthusiast; anything active I am up for it. My mom always called me her little wanderer...off marching to the beat of my own drum.

I am the youngest of 4 children (and the shortest at 5'10...I got all the leftovers :)) and looking back I had a unique ability to observe what my siblings were doing, then make a choice if I wanted to do the same thing or not...which usually meant I rarely was 'disciplined'. Throughout my life, I can say I am deeply internal...there are a lot of thoughts, questions, insights going through my mind each and everyday. I always carry a notepad or book with me to jot down insightful messages or questions.

Being the wanderer that my mom described me as...I just went with the flow. After High School, I went to a Jr College in Wyoming and played basketball there. Then I went to Willamette University in Salem, OR then finally Chicago, IL. Looking back, I wasn't striving to be the best or wanting my life to be a certain way. I just kinda took things as they came.

As I graduated, I decided to up and move myself from Oregon to Chicago, IL....a bit of a change from Oregon and Montana. Montana does not even have 1 million people in the state, while Chicago has 6 million in the surrounding areas. Talk about a change, for a 23 yr old college graduate!

It wasn't until I moved to Chicago I began to study myself, and began to understand the principles that allow us to create or own life. These principles are exciting, wonderful, full of joy and just darn right cool. Its amazing the feeling one gets when we realize we have the ability to change our circumstances. Its very empowering. They have challenged me, surprised and delighted me...and overall I am so extremely grateful to be given this opportunity to be willing to learn new ideas so easily. My approach to is a very lighthearted one. I think its fun to have the ability to become more as a person.

My desire is to be there for others. To assist and guide them in finding their own way or passion. I feel as though I bring a lot of value, experiences and resources to the table.

I feel very strongly about 'wellness' and living well and being balanced. My parents created a very strong foundation for my siblings and I while we were growing up. They always made our food from scratch. I honestly don't know how they afforded to feed 4 athletes with endless appetites, yet we always had food that fueled our bodies. They also encouraged us to participate in sports, they knew we would benefit in so many ways including overall health, values of teamwork, creating and reaching goals, and working with varieties of personalities. As I learned more, I began to understand wellness is much more than just exercise and eating well. While those do play a significant part, there are other areas of ourselves that our society tends to neglect. I believe it all begins with our own internal conversation. Our internal world creates our external world. I believe along with proper nutrition and exercise, sleep, the environment, the air we breathe, the water we drink, our relationships, our ability to contribute to causes that we believe in and our ability to earn the amount of money we are worth; also play an integral part in creating balance and 'wellness'.

This website represents my passion, I will share my thoughts on how we can all begin living from within (if you desire to do so) so we can all bring more balance, joy, abundance and prosperity into our lives.
